Company Successfully Holds Smart Office Practical Training

(Correspondent Zeng Liuping) On the evening of June 8, a smart office practical training focused on "AI Empowering Enterprises" was successfully held at the company. This event was jointly guided by the Guiyang County Federation of Trade Unions and the Chenzhou City Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center, and co-hosted by the Chenzhou City Small and Medium Enterprise Public Service Platform and the company. It aimed to help enterprise managers and frontline employees master cutting-edge AI tools and improve office efficiency and digital capabilities. The event was chaired by Chen Xiaoming, Party branch secretary and deputy general manager of the company. Luo Min, Party secretary of the Guiyang County Federation of Trade Unions, and Gao Meng, member of the Party group and vice chairman, attended the site to observe the class and participated attentively throughout.

The training specially invited Xiong Tingzhang, a Master of Business Administration and entrepreneurship mentor for college students in Chenzhou City, as the keynote speaker. Focusing on the theme "Let AI Become Your Enterprise's 'Super Employee'," he systematically explained the functional differences and application scenarios of current mainstream AI agents. The on-site display of the "Seven Major AI Agents" map clearly presented the positioning of tools such as DeepSeek, Qwen, Jimeng, Doubao, Yuanbao, ERNIE Bot, and Quark, covering multiple dimensions including text generation, image design, data analysis, and office automation. Through hands-on exercises, participants personally experienced the high efficiency of AI in tasks such as writing reports, generating promotional images, and analyzing contract clauses.

Secretary Luo Min and Vice Chairman Gao Meng listened carefully throughout, taking notes on key points from time to time, demonstrating a high level of attention to employee skill improvement and enterprise digital transformation. This training not only injected new ideas for intelligent office work into the enterprise, but also provided a practical sample for the trade union to subsequently promote the cultivation of "digital craftsmen" and support the reform of the industrial worker team construction.
